Three Man, Drinking Game Rules

A rolling dice game with a cursed job title: the Three Man drinks every time a 3 shows up.

Setup: You need 2 dice. To pick the first Three Man, everyone rolls one die, first person to roll a 3 takes the job.

How to play: Players take turns rolling both dice. Check the roll against this list; if nothing matches, pass the dice left. If something matches, do it and roll again.

• A 3 on either die, or dice totaling 3 (2+1): the Three Man drinks 1 sip per 3 involved.
• Total of 7: the player to the roller's right drinks.
• Total of 11: the player to the roller's left drinks.
• Doubles: the roller hands the two dice to any two players (or both to one). They each roll; whatever they roll, they drink that many sips. If they roll doubles themselves, it bounces back and the giver drinks double.

Escaping the job: If the Three Man themselves rolls a 3, they're free and get to appoint the next Three Man (or the next person to roll a 3 takes it, agree first).

Three Man, Variations

• The hat: The Three Man must wear a designated silly hat until they escape the job, the traditional version.
• Extra numbers: Add 9 = social (everyone drinks) and 10 = make a rule for a fuller roll table.
• Hard escape: The Three Man escapes only by rolling a 3 on their own turn, rolling 3s for others doesn't count.
