Song Association, Drinking Game Rules

Hear a word, sing a lyric containing it, in ten seconds or less.

Setup: Circle, drinks. Appoint the group as judges: the lyric must be real and must contain the exact word.

How to play:

1. Player one calls out a common word, "night," "money," "baby", at the next player and counts down from 10.
2. That player must sing (not say) a real lyric containing the word before the count ends.
3. Succeed: you call the next word at the next player. Fail, blank, or reuse a song already sung tonight: drink 2 sips, and the caller picks a new word for the next player.

Song Association, Variations

• Genre lock: All lyrics must come from one genre or decade for the round.
• Five-second hard mode: Half the clock, double the panic.
• Chain rule: Your lyric's most memorable word becomes the next player's target word.
