A homemade caption contest, funniest line wins, everyone else drinks.

Setup: One player is the judge each round. The judge finds a captionless image, a meme template, a weird stock photo, an unfortunate group photo. Everyone else needs a phone or paper to write on.

How to play:

1. The judge shows the image. Everyone else writes a caption within 90 seconds and submits it (text it to the judge or fold paper into a pile), anonymously.
2. The judge reads all captions aloud, deadpan, and picks a winner.
3. The winner hands out 3 sips. Everyone else drinks 1. A caption that gets literally zero reaction drinks 2.
4. The winner judges the next round.

Meme Caption Drinking Game, Variations

• Audience vote: No judge, all captions are read anonymously and everyone votes (not for their own); ties split the sips.
• Theme rounds: All captions must fit a theme: workplace, this friend group, historical figures.
• Caption battle: Head-to-head bracket, two captions per image, table picks, loser drinks and is eliminated.
