Left, Right, Drink, Drinking Game Rules

The drinking version of Left-Center-Right, three dice decide who sips.

Setup: 3 ordinary dice (or an LCR set). Sit in a circle.

How to play:

1. On your turn, roll all three dice at once.
2. For each die: 1 = the player on your left drinks a sip; 2 = the player on your right drinks; 3 = you drink; 4, 5, 6 = nothing.
3. Resolve all three dice (rolling 1-1-3 means your left neighbor drinks twice and you drink once), then pass the dice left.

With a real LCR set, use the printed faces: L = left drinks, R = right drinks, C = you drink, dot = safe.

Left, Right, Drink, Variations

• Chip version (true LCR): Everyone starts with 3 chips; L/R/C pass or bank chips instead of sips, out-of-chips players just drink when passed to, and the last player holding chips makes everyone else finish their drinks.
• Double up: Roll all three dice showing the same face = everyone drinks 3.
• Center pot: “Center” sips pour into a communal cup; whoever rolls three 3s in one throw drinks the pot.
