A guided tour of the feed where every cliché costs a sip.

Setup: One volunteer opens their Instagram feed on a shared screen. Scroll together, top to bottom, one post at a time.

Drink when:

A sponsored post or ad: everyone drinks.
Gym selfie, mirror pic, or thirst trap: drink.
Engagement, wedding, or baby announcement: everyone drinks (and says "aww").
Someone in the room is in the post: they drink.
The scroller accidentally likes something: scroller finishes their drink, the evidence is permanent.

Swap whose feed is on trial every 20 posts. Stories round: same rules, faster pace.

Instagram Drinking Game, Variations

Explore roulette: Use the Explore page instead of the feed, the algorithm's read on the volunteer becomes part of the game.
Story sprint: Tap through stories for 5 minutes flat, same triggers, triple pace.
Archive dive: The volunteer opens their own posts from 5+ years ago; the table drinks to each one, the volunteer drinks to each caption read aloud.
