Hot Seat, Drinking Game Rules

Two minutes of unfiltered interrogation, one victim at a time.

Setup: Circle, drinks, and a phone timer. Decide the seat length, 2 minutes is standard.

How to play:

1. One player takes the hot seat and the timer starts.
2. Everyone else fires questions at them, rapid-fire, any topic.
3. The player must answer honestly or take a sip to skip each question. Skipped questions can't be re-asked.
4. When time's up, they're free, the seat passes left until everyone's had a turn.

Hot Seat, Variations

• Veto token: Each sitter gets one free pass per session, use it wisely.
• Lightning seat: 60 seconds, but answers must be instant, any hesitation is a sip.
• Anonymous ammo: Questions are pre-written on slips and read by a neutral host, so nobody knows who asked what.
