Forbidden Gesture, Drinking Game Rules

Ban one ordinary movement and watch everyone do it constantly.

Setup: As a group, choose a gesture people do without thinking: crossing your arms, touching your face, pointing, saying cheers with eye contact… pick one.

How to play:

1. The gesture is now forbidden for the night.
2. Do it, get caught by anyone, and take a sip.
3. Layer on a second forbidden gesture each hour if the first gets too easy.

The physical twin of Taboo Word, run both at once for maximum paranoia.

Forbidden Gesture, Variations

• Gesture stack: Add a new forbidden gesture every hour; keep a visible list.
• Personal bans: Each player gets a signature move banned (chosen by the group, they know yours).
• Sting operation: Players may actively bait each other into the gesture; successful baits earn a sip to give.
