Civil War Pong, Drinking Game Rules

Category: Pong & Cup Games · Players: Two teams of 3 · You’ll need: Long table; many cups; a ball per player; beer

Beer pong with no turns, three shooters per side firing at will.

Setup: Two teams of three at opposite ends of a long table. Each player racks their own small triangle of 6 quarter-filled cups in front of their spot. Three balls per team to start.

How to play:

  1. On "go," everyone shoots at once, at any opposing cups, as fast as they can grab balls. There are no turns, retrieve loose balls and keep firing.
  2. One rule of order: you may not shoot while an opponent's ball is in your own cups' airspace, basic courtesy, call it loosely.
  3. When one of your cups is sunk, pull it and drink it while play continues.
  4. When all 6 of your cups are gone, you're dead: stop shooting. Dead players may pass loose balls to living teammates.

Winning: Last team with any cups standing wins; the losing team splits whatever the winners have left.
